Recipe: Lemon Pudding

Lemon Pudding

1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 cup sweet milk
2 egg yolks
juice & rind of one lemon
2 egg whites

Beat egg whites stiff. Add dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks, milk and lemon.
Bake at 325 F for 25 minutes.
